Part of Gerard Malanga's Secret Cinema in collaboration with Waverly Press, this image is a still from Malanga's 1966 movie The Velvet Underground at Paraphernalia, when the band played a show at the opening of Betsey Johnson's store "Paraphernalia." Malanga performed with the band and captured footage of the event with help from filmmaker Barbara Rubin.
