Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
Most of our orders are packaged and shipped within 1-5 business days. For larger, framed artworks that need to be shipped in a crate, processing time may take up to 10 business days. Engaging with our framing services after placing an order for an unframed artwork extends the 1-5 day processing time by up to 10 days.
Delivery Time
After your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information from us which you can use to follow your package and see the remaining transit time.
Shipping time is determined by the buyer's choice at checkout. Revolver Gallery is not responsible for delays caused by UPS, USPS, FedEx, or any other shipping service we may use.
Shipping Address Changes
If you would like to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us by email at sales@revovlergallery.com. If you would like to change your shipping address after we have already packaged and shipped your order, we will submit a request to the carrier as soon as possible on your behalf, if it is possible to do so. We cannot guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or efficacy of shipping address changes once we have already shipped your order and it is in the custody of the carrier.
International Shipping
For international orders, we ship via DHL, UPS, or FedEx (if requested).
